Nestled within the tranquil Lynnwood residential area, the Isa Residence Pretoria finds its place on the Isa Carstens Academy Campus. Embrace the allure of the Wellness Centre and its salon, creating a harmonious environment for both study and relaxation. A mere 3km from the University of Pretoria, our residence offers proximity to academic pursuits while basking in a serene atmosphere. Conveniently connected, our location enjoys the presence of Gautrain and Tswane bus routes, making exploration effortless.

Rooms
Our spacious double rooms (with access to shared communal bathrooms) come fully furnished with essentials like a bed, fridge, bedside table, desk, cupboard, bookshelf, curtains or blinds, towel rail, notice board, LED emergency study lamp and panel heater.
Water, electricity (with backup power), Wi-Fi, and gym access are all included. You’ll also enjoy a self-service laundromat, recreation areas, and communal kitchens!
EXCITING NEWS!
From 2027, Isa House is going fully self-catering! Ahead of the new year, we’re revamping the residence with beautifully finished communal kitchens, kitted out with water boilers, a microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of space to cook properly.
Please come ready with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery that you will need to bring out the Master Chef in you! But please note, only induction pots and pans will work!
You decide what you eat, when you eat and what you spend. Cook for one, cook with friends, and make yourself right at home.
Location
Situated on the corner of Lynnwood and Rosemary Road, the residence is within 3km’s or a quick 5-minute drive from the University of Pretoria Campus, also in Lynnwood Road. The Residence is centrally located and close to all amenities. It is also on the Pretoria and Gautrain Bus routes, and close to medical facilities, shopping centres, restaurants, sports fields, and popular jogging routes
APPLICATION
To apply, you must either be enrolled in a tertiary institution that is registered with the Department of Higher Education or be in Grade 12 with proof of application to a tertiary institution for next year!
Isa Hostel has appointed My Space to administer all applications, so when you apply, you will be routed to their website to complete your application and sign your accommodation agreement.
Wow! What a journey! Being at Isa Dameskoshuis since 2021 has taught me not only to be a friend but to also be a leader. The ladies always ask me how I am able to juggle being a law student and being the Primaria at the same time. Honestly, it is only by the Grace of God! It has given me so much joy to not only be a leader to the ladies, but to be a friend as well.
